If you email us, we receive your email address and message so that we can reply.

Vercel, which hosts this website, may process technical records such as IP address, browser information and access time to deliver and secure the site.

We delete information without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. Under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, we keep contract and withdrawal records and payment and supply records for 5 years, complaint and dispute records for 3 years, and advertising records for 6 months.

Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered; paper records are shredded or incinerated.

We do not share personal information with third parties unless the law requires it or you agree.

We connect Google accounts to internal business tools, such as a mail organizer, that use Gmail and other Google APIs. Only our own staff use these tools, each with their own account; they are not offered to outside users.

Data received from Google APIs is used only for the features the user asks for (searching, summarizing and organizing mail). It is never sold, used for advertising or used to train general AI models. To provide these features, parts of email content may be sent to Microsoft Azure OpenAI. Sign-in credentials are stored in the operating system's secure storage on company devices.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
